Staff Power Group are delighted to be working with our client who are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Manager to join their team.

JOB PURPOSE

- To manage the clients Quality Management System (QMS).

- To ensure that the client follows process and complies with its obligations.

- To monitor and uphold site standards to BRCGS SD (Food Safety) and ISO 9001:2015

- To Monitor and uphold site standards in General Health & Safety.

INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain the clients QMS in line with standards and customer processes.

- Implement and monitor all SOPs as required in accordance with QMS.

- Encourage a continuous improvement environment at work.

- Always maintain a state of audit readiness.

- Liaise with Internal Departments to ensure all systems are always live and effective.

- Report and facilitate the investigation of all quality incidents and complaints.

- Conduct internal quality audits.

- Coach operations staff in problem solving, investigation, quality improvement techniques and methodologies.

- To manage and reduce reject stock levels within the operations process.

- Collate quality reports as required by the business and clients and learn procedures for each customer as required.

- Complete Risk Assessments, Including under COSHH.

- Site compliance in Asbestos, Legionella, water monitoring.

- Packaging waste Compliance - Data and submission.

Internal, External Audits and Inspections as required

Communication skills: Written

All paperwork should be legible and accurate and completed in full. Also should be able to demonstrate understanding of paperwork systems.

Communication skills: Verbal

Should be able to process key instructions and impart concise accurate information when requested.

Requires excellent communication skills and ability to coach individuals and teams in new techniques and concepts.

PIQ

Knowledge of P&G 'Partners in Quality System' extremely advantageous
