Are you ready to take your career in sales and account management to the next level? As a Corporate Renewals Specialist , you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing the renewal negotiations for a portfolio of Vitality Healths corporate policies for businesses with less than 200 employees. This role is perfect for someone with a background in Private Medical Insurance or financial services, looking to leverage their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Actions:
- Negotiate and renew annual corporate contracts for intermediated schemes with less than 200 employees (approx. 50 clients).
- Maintain and develop key relationships with internal stakeholders, including Vitalitys Corporate Underwriting team.
- Build strong broker relationships and deliver mid-year client review meetings.
- Organise your workload to include daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Report on retention renewals status and communicate Vitalitys full Private Medical Insurance and Wellbeing Programme and Services to brokers and clients.
- Experience in Private Medical Insurance or financial services.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise multiple work items and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience translating key data into sales messaging.
- Passion for the Vitality product and brand.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general computer literacy.
