Hybrid Dynamics CRM Manager £55k
Pearson Carter are working with a world expert in hand-building junior cars. They create beautiful vehicles that allow the joy of driving to be shared across generations and are admired by collectors. They have an international client base which is managed on their MS Dynamics CRM system and are looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of this as the company undergoes exponential growth on a global basis.
Continuously analyse data, making recommendations for new campaigns to aid new sales, and identify upsell opportunities.
Management of our global CRM strategy across email in alignment with business objectives.
Create highly engaging and personalised email campaigns with an emphasis on testing and learning to optimise future results.
Develop reporting dashboards for Senior Management to enable KPI’s to be measured accurately and determine ROI.
Be the primary contact for Microsoft Dynamics internally, providing daily support for other team members.
Ensure best practices for users of Microsoft Dynamics, creating Definition Handbooks and Quick Start Guides and user training where required.
Analyse and monitor data quality and segmentation opportunities, ensuring all data feeds are GDPR compliant.
Ideally, they want someone with ideally 5 years of experience in Dynamics CRM OR worked in a similar role.
It’s a role that involves customisations and configurations and working closely with both marketing and sales teams.
25 days holiday a year + Bank Holidays
