Commercial Finance Manager
Randstad currently has an opportunity for a resilient and talented Commercial Finance Manager to join our superb UK team in Luton. This role is hybrid requiring 2 days a week in Luton.
The primary responsibility will be to provide thorough analytical evaluation of business performance, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and provide finance business partnering to your key stakeholders, additionally management, support and development for your team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide a business partnering and sparring partnering relationship with the management team and the UK Shared Service Centre to maximise impact and enhance business performance
- Build strong relationships across the business, being proactive, but still challenge and being a critical thinker
- Work closely with business unit management to ensure that all deadlines are met
- Assist in the Forecasting, Budgeting and Strategic Planning processes for the business line
- Review the assumptions used in the planning process and highlight Risks & Opportunities
Desired experience
- Accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA)
- Experience of the recruitment industry is an advantage
- Credit Risk experience desirable but not required
- Resilient, inspiring leadership, superb relationship building skills.
