Job Description

Grafton Banks Finance is working with a growing global business to recruit a newly created FP&A Analyst role in their team.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager this role will primarily be responsible for budgeting & forecasting, provision of value adding analysis, and the improvement of processes and systems.

We are looking for a finalist level or recently qualified accountant with strong analytical skills who is systems savvy. Advanced Excel and excellent communication skills will also be essential. Experience of Sage X3 would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with the annual budgeting process.
  • Support the local entities in their monthly revenue and P&L forecasting.
  • Assist with monthly entity cash flow forecasting.
  • Participate in completion of month end pack and reporting.
  • Group variance analysis and KPI’s.
  • Lead the continuous development of Sage X3 functionality and development.
  • Improve the accuracy of data within Sage X3, and the availability of said data.

The role is hybrid working with 2 days required in our clients Horsham offices and salary is £50,000 + benefits.
