We work with agencies and charities to support their commercial objectives slotting into the team as a remote resource.
Our team are 100% remote and work from different areas of the company, the MD operates our of Cumbria and the Partnerships Director out of London so the ability to get to face to face catch ups would be beneficial as this is expected from time to time.

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing key accounts.
This is a sales role so applicants must be brilliant on the phone, email and at using social media to build relationships.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and clients in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development:
● Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
● Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
● Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
● Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
● Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Account Management:
● Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
● Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and goals to provide tailored solutions.
● Monitor and analyse account performance, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
● Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing issues and providing timely solutions.
● Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to meet client needs and improve service offerings.
Administrative and Reporting:
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account status in the CRM system.
● Prepare regular reports on sales performance, business development activities, and client feedback.
● Participate in regular team meetings, providing updates and insights on business development and account management activities.
● Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
● 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within a creative business environment
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
● Willingness to travel as needed.
