They are currently seeking a domestic gas engineer with some ASHP experience, to carry out servicing and repair work, on a range of plumbing and heating equipment, on new build properties

Domestic Gas Engineer Position Remuneration

Salary £38,000 to £40,000

Van and fuel card

Working hours 8:30am to 4:30pm

Travel is allocated within the working hours, so engineers will often finish on site by 3:30pm

28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

The Domestic Gas Engineer / Plumbing and Heating Engineer will have proven experience carrying out servicing and repair work, within domestic housing, as well as some experience carrying out work on ASHP's / air source heat pumps. The Gas Engineer MUST hold their ACS domestic gas qualifications, including their CCN1 and CENWAT / CEN1. The domestic gas engineer would be working across the designated area, generally within an hour or 2 maximum of the Fareham area (all travel will be allocated within the engineers working day so engineers will rarely be working on site past 3:30pm), so must be based within patch or within commutable distance of patch. The Gas Engineer will be carrying out a range of work from servicing and repairing boilers, to general plumbing work such as changing taps and fixing burst pipes. The Gas Engineer would also need some experience carrying out servicing etc. on ASHP's.

Experience servicing and repairing domestic boilers

Full ACS Domestic qualifications

Unvented qualification

Experience carrying out general plumbing works

Experience carrying out servicing work on air source heat pumps

Based within commutable distance of Fareham
