FCF Academy is a private business academy that helps entrepreneurs, professionals, and graduates from around the world build a life in the UK. Our programs and services helps individuals start businesses in the UK, enhance their career prospects and gain UK work experience.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong, successful background in sales and a passion to join FCF Academy (FCFA). As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic business relationships, and expanding our client base both in the UK and internationally.

This position offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to advance to Sales Manager and ultimately, Sales Director, based on performance.

The role will be for an initial probation period of three months, with the opportunity, following review, to advance to a permanent position with salary review and promotion as Sales Manager. Subject to success, this role may result in being appointed to the Board as Sales Director after two years.

Strategic Sales Development : Within the UK and overseas, to maximize the revenues FCFA receives from business generated through these relationships.

Build a sales strategy and plan: Program and Service Sales : Actively promote and sell FCFA’s diverse range of Programs and services to clients and build up the membership of the FCF Academy. UK Innovator Visa (Business Visa) assistance

- UK Talent Visa application (new)

Collaboration with Digital Marketing: Work closely with our Digital Marketing team to implement effective marketing campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation for FCFA services.
 
To incorporate business shows, forums (physical and online), partner searches, email campaigns, presentations, etc. Familiar with CRMs – ideally HubSpot.
Has a proficient level in IT (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Understands the sales process and has a proven background in sales and customer service.
Has excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Confident, outgoing and can achieve sales of our FCF Academy services through a confident and assertive manner and explanation and promotion of activities.

Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
Customer relationship management experience
Ability to work independently and remotely
This is a full-time remote role (based in UK) for a Sales Executive at FCF Academy. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the various programs offered by FCF Academy.
