Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Head to lead our IT/Cloud services sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and achieve sales targets in the enterprise segment. The role involves leading a team of sales professionals, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base in the enterprise segment for IT/Cloud services.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of enterprise sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in enterprise accounts, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and value propositions for enterprise customers.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience and high win rate.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats in the market, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management, providing regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with enterprise customers to maximize revenue and profitability, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities, maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies in IT/Cloud services, continuously improving knowledge and skills.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales of IT/Cloud services, with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience, preferably in the [Industry/Vertical] sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team, driving performance and results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies, leveraging insights to drive decision-making.
- Experience in selling complex IT/Cloud solutions and services to enterprise customers, understanding customer requirements and aligning solutions to meet their needs.
- Proficiency in cloud solutions, with the ability to use data and analytics to drive sales performance.
- Ability to travel as required, meeting with customers and attending industry events to represent the company.
- Relevant industry certifications on Azure is a plus, demonstrating expertise and credibility in the IT/Cloud services sector.
- Strong business strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
