*Hales Home Care is looking for compassionate and reliable Community Care Assistants / Care Workers / Home Care Workers / Carers in Leeds. *

Areas covered: LS7, LS9, LS13, LS14, LS15, LS16, LS17, LS18, LS22, LS23, LS26, Yeadon, Pudsey, Bramley, Otley, Adel, Guiseley, Horsforth, and Wetherby.

*THE ROLE *

As a Hales Care Worker in Leeds, you'll play a vital role in supporting the health, well-being, and independence of vulnerable individuals within the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities include:
* Supporting individuals with their personal care routines including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs
* Ensuring service users have adequate grocery supplies
* Assisting individuals in taking their medication
* Preparing warm and nourishing meals
* Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs
* Providing a valuable companionship lifeline to individuals
