Our Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES) Department leverages extensive manufacturing know-how for enlightened enterprise systems. Our world-class consultants enable organizations to realize the power of the integrated enterprise by providing superior consulting and implementation services.

Business Analyst required to work across multiple projects toidentify opportunities to improve business and IT processes. Working for a project manager leading the business analysis phase and supporting the design and delivery of software changes and handover to operations.

Use Agile project methodology
Enagage with business SMEs to understand and define business problems and carry out requirement gathering workshops to capture detailed business requirements
Work with business SMEs to identify and validate the key business requirements.
Interpret business requirements into requirement specfications. Engage with project leads to ensure that the defined requirements are understood, are accurately documented and fully meet the solution requirements of the project.
Carry out data analysis to map out any changes to the data model
Work with cross-functional business teams to re-engineer business processes and continuous improvement efforts, being able to map process flows
Working with IT, evaluate potential software solutions, including off-the-shelf and open source components, and the system architecture to ensure that they meet business requirements.
Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
Contribute to project planning activities
Translate business and functional requirements into a comprehensive solution and user stories.
Work alongside testing team to ensure that all software components are tested adequately and participates in Quality Assurance/UAT.
Manages requirements risks by proactively tracking and communicating issues and devising methods to mitigate them.

Ablility to lead business analysis work requirements within large projects/programmes of work
Ability to support strategic project planning and decision making
Experience of working as a business analysis in a large manufacturing environment
Be able to contribute to end to end project lifecycle
Knowledge of working with different software methodologies
Experience of outsourced and offshore IT delivery model
