Job Description 1 Are you organised, efficient and have a good background in office administration? An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Bedfordshire for Compliance Officer - Democratic Services (Maternity Cover for 12 months). 
The role of the Police and Crime Commissioner is to be the public’s voice when it comes to policing in Bedfordshire, setting its priorities for the Chief Constable and Force to deliver a strategic plan and to hold the Chief Constable to account. 
The role of the Compliance Officer is integral to the work of the Commissioner, the team and to the smooth running of the office, to contribute to achieving the vision, purpose and values of Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner

Recruitment and Selection Policy
