Services Advisers (Money & Debt personal and business debt) Trainees Welcome Belfast, County Antrim About Us Advice NI are a registered charity that provides a range of free, independent advice services to the public including benefits, personal and business debt advice, EU settlement scheme and other HMRC services.

We also support 65 member organisations across Northern Ireland in the delivery of high-quality advice services by working with them to enhance their standards and service delivery.

We act as a voice for the independent advice sector, offer a range of award-winning training schemes and campaign to improve the lives of people in Northern Ireland.

We are now looking for three Services Advisers to join our team we will consider full-time and part-time posts.

The Role As a Services Adviser, you will provide our clients with clear and user-friendly advice.

You will undergo a training programme to provide personal and business debt advice via multiple channels including telephony, digital and face to face.

You will ensure compliance at all times with legislation, procedures and confidentiality requirements, requesting clients feedback to improve our services.

Please note, some of the roles available require occasional travel across NI.

About You To be considered as a Services Adviser, you do not need to have worked in this type of role previously, all we ask is that you have the following:
- The ability to work with numbers
- The ability to prioritise your workload
- The ability to work on your own initiative and within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- The willingness to learn and develop
- A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle or access to alternative transport We are also interested in more experienced individuals with the following:
- Face-to-face and/or telephony money and debt advice experience (or equivalent ) in a customer service setting
- Evidence of the ability to understand complex information and legislation
- Case recording skills
