Alexander James Recruiting are currently working with a leading manufacturer of Material Handling equipment looking to on-board a new Site Engineer to maintain a fleet of trucks, vehicles & equipment on a customer site in Suffolk. With a competitive basic salary and a number of other benefits, this is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to get into a new company.

Servicing a fleet of Material Handling equipment on a customer site in Suffolk focusing on forklift trucks.

· Fixing and servicing other specialist equipment to include commercial vehicles and agricultural equipment.

· Occasionally working in the field around Suffolk when required.

However, this isn’t essential, and they would also be interested in speaking with candidates with a background in agricultural equipment, commercial vehicles or Automotive. It is also essential that you are capable of working on your own initiative as you will part of a small time so there is a potential for lone working. Competitive salary (up to £34.5k depending on experience)

· Company Van

· Overtime opportunity paid time and a half over 40 hours

The company are an international manufacturer of forklift trucks, thus operating in the material handling industry. Part of a wider group, they’re also involved in supplying various other types of warehouse equipment and are one the most well-known brands within the material sector, being a true market leader. Having obtained consistent growth for the last 30 years, they’re expecting this to continue and are therefore looking to bring new on new service engineers to increase market share further
