Job Description
HAIL Partners are looking for a talented, dynamic Office Manager to join a family office in London. This position will be running the London office in a standalone capacity. This position will suit someone who enjoys a busy, varied role, and wants to bring their creativity to the team.
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are tidy, with all necessary stationary and materials in place
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Update meeting room calendars and schedule meetings
- Creating an events committee
- Arrange travel and accommodations
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 4 years in an Office Manager position
- Comfortable running an office independently
- Hands on experience with office equipment - creating VC meetings, printing, scanning etc
- Has a creative eye for an office refurb
