Accounts Payable Manager with Hybrid Working

As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable function, including the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. This role also includes treasury-related tasks such as cash flow management and ensuring optimal liquidity. The Accounts Payable Manager will manage a team of accounts payable specialists, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement within the department. Manage daily cash flow and forecasting to ensure adequate liquidity and facilitate bank transactions;
Implement and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures while monitoring and reporting on key metrics and KPIs;
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounts payable specialists, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback;
Assist in managing banking relationships and support the preparation of cash flow forecasts;
Identify training needs and support the continuous development of the accounts payable team.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero) and Microsoft and Google Suite (Excel and Google Sheets required);
Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience at the managerial level;
Knowledge of the French language is beneficial.
