Manufacturing Manager/Director leadership experience to date ideally within the fabrication/ductwork/steelwork/sheet metal industries or related fields
Experience with mechanical-oriented production businesses
Recognized engineering and/or manufacturing qualifications
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A strong character, dynamic, strategic, with gravitas, confident, and aspirational when it comes to leadership opportunities within growing companies
Excellent progression opportunities longer term towards leadership of the business
