We host our own podcast called The Leadership Lab, the overall goal of the podcast is to create content that can educate leaders and founders, connect them to like-minded people and help the DeepTech ecosystem grow. We have a number of CSR and DEI initiatives that extend beyond our company and enhance society to make a difference across the Ex-Military, Mental Health, Ethnicity, DE&I and LGBTQ+

Join a well-funded AI Recruitment Start-up that plans on scaling from 1-40 in 4 years. Growth will be split 50/50 perm to contract across DACH and the US.

Your permanent counterparts are two of Trinnovo's highest-performing consultants.
GmbH, SECO License, and W2 License to place Freelancers and SOW in Germany, Switzerland and the USA.
The opportunity to start something from scratch but have access to all of Trinnovo's existing client base.
You will have full support from the Trinnovo back office and already established contracts team to ensure you can hit the ground running and do what we leaders in the business do best - build a team, a market, and make some money
We offer up to 50% commissions, no threshold
Join a small but growing team and be the first contract hire and have options for LTIP, annual bonuses based on whole company performance, quarterly bonuses based on team performance, and monthly bonuses based on your own
Grow out a team from day one
