Process Risk Manager
Hybrid: x2 Days on site/ x3 days WFH
London, Swindon or Northampton Hubs
This role sits within our Credit Card product team, where you will be responsible for overseeing and working with stakeholders across the business to improve our credit card processes.
While your work will involve looking at all aspect of process improvement, from satisfaction and complaints to efficiency, your immediate focus will be on strengthening our risk management across processes to protect customers and the business.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, at our Swindon or London offices.You can also find out more about our approach to hybrid working here.
The role will require travel to Swindon at least once a month.
There’s never been a more exciting time to join our Credit Card team, as we work to improve our propositions and end to end customer experience. This will be an important role to help us continually assess that our processes are well-controlled, and you will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure we focus process improvements in the right areas.
As Product Manager within Credit Card you’ll:
Develop an excellent understanding of our credit card processes and the potential customer harms within them.
Build a clear understanding of Nationwide’s risk framework and our internal policies to enable us to identify and address any issues.
an established product or risk manager, ideally with a good knowledge of credit cards and the wider market.
experience of managing or overseeing processes or risks within Financial Services.
an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, and be able to clearly present information to and influence senior managers and the wider business.
