We currently seek dedicated and passionate Retail Consultants for Full Time positions in our new counter opening within Aesop London Heathrow Airport T3 in a prime location within the T3 terminal. The successful applicant will have flexible availability and be expected to work across 5 days, including weekends.
Applicants will undergo a thorough vetting process with Dufry , the global travel retailer located in 58 countries worldwide. As we are in a dynamic airport environment, we operate on a rotating roster with potential late-night finishes (10:00pm) and early starts (5:00am).
Experience operating within a customer service role or environment 
Effective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomes 
Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories (advantageous) 
Incorporating new subtleties and amenities, providing an opportunity for you to innovate across design, operations, and technology to create the ultimate service experience. you will possess a high standard of organisation, time management and commercial capability.
