We’re a boutique personal brand consultancy and our talented team of consultants, copywriters, PR specialists, podcasters, designers and digital marketers build multi-channel personal brands for Founders, CEOs and senior executives of leading companies around the world, including senior leaders at Fortune 500 companies.

Unlike other personal branding entities, the company's experienced corporate professionals do not prioritise vanity metrics such as blind reach and engagement, but rather build comprehensive personal brand strategy that ultimately generates ROI in the form of commercial opportunity for their clients and their businesses.

Once the company has achieved success with their clients' personal brands, they are often approached to become involved in the building, implementing and managing of their client's business's brand and wider marketing strategy.

**The Role**:
We’re looking for a Personal Brand Consultant (Account Manager) to help deliver personal branding projects for our suite of incredible clients, interacting multiple times a week with clients, contributing to personal brand strategies, writing, editing content and videos and monitoring client personal brand performance.

You’ll be working with a range of different clients offering them specialist advice and a secure environment while also challenging them to open up to generate interesting ideas for their personal branded content.

**What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering personal branding work for our portfolio of clients, contributing to personal brand strategies, writing and editing content and monitoring performance.
- Building, nurturing and growing client relationships
- Researching into current trends, news and insights to improve current strategy
- Spotting opportunities for clients growth and our internal growth
- Providing weekly status updates to line management and leadership team
- Proactively support the wider business, your peers and the leadership team in making process improvements, implementing change and evolving our culture.

**What you’ll bring to the role:
- Capable across all social media platforms, so can hit the ground running.
- Comfortable writing for social and from time to time some basic video editing/content creation via Canva.
- Willing to give your all. We need someone who wants to grow with the company, succeed together, not just ‘do a job’.
- Someone with a creative mindset, has ideas, spots gaps, thinks before they’re asked.
- Hungry and committed, won’t stop till they’ve achieved their goal, a self starter.
- A personality, someone who likes people, and can be fully client facing.
- Already building your own personal brand, or at least is willing to do so.
