Unser Osapiens HUB ermöglicht es Unternehmen, vollständig den Anforderungen mehrerer Track & Trace-bezogener Richtlinien und der Entwaldungsverordnung zu entsprechen, ihren Produkt-CO2-Fußabdruck zu berechnen und in Zukunft die Anforderungen der Produkt-Pass-Richtlinie zu erfüllen. Distribution: Optimieren Sie Logistikprozesse, stärken Sie Kundenbeziehungen und Verkaufschancen und reduzieren Sie die Umweltbelastung eines Unternehmens mit unserer One-Stop-Lösung für die letzte Meile der Distribution.

Service: All-in-One-Service-Management-Software zur Maximierung der Ressourceneffizienz, Verbesserung der First-Time-Fix-Raten, Net Promoter Scores, Reduzierung von Energie, Abfall und Emissionen mit 360 Field Service Excellence.
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Vergütungssysteme und Zusatzleistungen für unsere Gesellschaften im In- & Ausland (Frankreich, Spanien, Niederlande, England, ff.)
- Fachliche Projektleitung zu verschiedenen Compensation & Benefits Projekten, Mitarbeit in Personalprojekten im engen Austausch mit unserem Finance-Team
- Steuerung und Koordination der Vergütungsprozesse, z.B. Bonus- und Gehaltsrunden
- Durchführung von Vergütungsanalysen sowie Ableitung entsprechender Handlungsempfehlungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen im Unternehmen sowie Dienstleistersteuerung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Compensation & Benefits
- Sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln in einem schnellwachsenden Umfeld
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um komplexe Informationen verständlich zu vermitteln und eine positive Employee Experience auf allen Ebenen des Unternehmens zu fördern
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Lösungsorientierung
- Versierter Umgang mit digitalen HR-Tools und fundierte MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
