CRM LEAD (6-MONTH FTC)

SALARY: £75,000 (Pro-rata)

HYBRID

SURREY - FARNHAM - 2 DAYS A WEEK

This probiotics company is undergoing huge growth through its connections with leaders in the industry, influencers, and researchers.

THE ROLE

As a CRM Retention, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Define and Own the CRM roadmap
  • Utilise customer data and analytics to identify trends, segment customer groups and personalise comms
  • Develop test and learn roadmap
  • Define key metrics and report to the business on campaign performance

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong CRM Experience with an agency of DTC brand
  • Proficient in using CRM tools - Klaviyo would be nice to have but not a must
  • Strong commercial and retention experience
  • Great stakeholder management experience
