B2B Marketing Executive
Location: Hybrid working with 2 days per week at our Luton office, and regular meetings in London
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

As B2B Marketing Executive, you will contribute to our vision of being the UK's favourite residential property manager by:
Developing and executing innovative marketing activities to meet our new business targets.
Working with the wider Marketing team to support with additional marketing projects as business-need dictates.

Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop marketing collateral and sales tools that support the sales process and enhance customer engagement.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive differentiation.
Optimise PPC campaigns to drive stronger conversion.
Ideally degree educated in Marketing or similar, and / or professional qualification like CIM or equivalent.
3+ years working in a marketing role, ideally within the property industry.
Experience with CRM e-mail platforms is essential with ability to build complex e-mail journeys.
Working knowledge of Content Management Systems like WordPress.
Proven track record organising marketing activity and campaigns end to end, including clear reporting.
