This role will also provide People and Payroll related support on resident sites, enabling the smooth operation of engineering functions and employee experience to be optimised.

A creative individual with a natural ability to seek Continuous Improvement in all tasks carried out.
Part of a site-based team as well as collaborating with external functions will require excellent face-to-face and remote communication skills.
in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
of a generalist role within a People/Human Resources function including liaison with or hands-on tasks relating to Payroll
Familiarity with creating graphs and pivot tables within Excel.
