Working with a leading BioPharmaceutical company within their Immunology Centre of Excellence, you will be responsible for the non clinical development of monoclonal antibody (mAB) drug candidates. You will provide non clinical support to global project teams from early research through to First in Man, Proof of Concept, launch and beyond.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Drug Safety, you will be a key contributor and member on multidisciplinary projects teams representing the Non Clinical Development Department.

We are seeking an experienced and expert non clinical toxicologist with outstanding expertise within GLP studies, specifically within the area of Biologics and Monoclonal Antibodies.

Working within cross functional teams you will provide expert toxicology interpretation and where required, issue resolution. You will have a high level of autonomy and influence, with the ability to make a significant contribution within a rapidly growing Biopharmaceutical company that has an exceptional pipeline. Working with world class scientists you will have broad drug development experience, the ability to influence and be passionate about high quality science and a desire to share your expertise with others. Key responsibilities will include:

Non clinical development of drug candidates, mainly mABs

Support global project teams

Provide non clinical support from early research through to marketing authorisation

Monitor and manage GLP studies outsourced to CROs

Provide expert toxicology advice and interpretation

Ability to champion projects with a multi-disciplinary approach

Prepare and review regulatory documentation

Represent the company in meetings with regulatory authorities
