Electrical Supervisor

Fancy using all that knowledge to become a full "Project Engineer" for a world leading electrical manufacturer, running projects in sectors like rail, healthcare and manufacturing?
are still there with 7 of these being promoted in to more senior roles. It's very, very rare this kind of an opportunity comes about, so we want someone who can grow in to a project role with a view to even larger career opportunities.
Well, this company have a team of Project Engineers across the UK and are now looking for someone who can run and manage another part of the projects in another part of the business - with a real focus on rail. But we're open to the sector you come from, as long as you have some sharp electrical experience and have an understanding of how projects work.
The role is also home based and you plan and manage your own days - so some real autonomy - with you being on site where needed.
Traditionally, we usually look to place electrical professionals who are looking to develop their skillset on bigger, more complex equipment or for people who have hit a "glass ceiling" where they are.
You must be able to read electrical diagrams and have ran projects in some capacity, but the reality is the equipment will be new and we want someone who wants to learn and develop their career.
We have worked with some of the major electrical players in the world over the years, these are organisation the one that I have the most interest in from candidates historically. They manufacture their own electrical equipment which is provided in to numerous sectors across the world and have to train new staff up around such equipment - complex stuff and things that will be completely new to your skill set.
