Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee our teams of electricians across various sites and ensure that our projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise all electrical work on job sites, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Manage and lead various team of electricians across various site, providing guidance, and support as needed.
- Ensure that all work complies with regulations, and is of hight quality.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure that work is completed according to these parameters
- Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure that work is being performed safely and correctly.
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, director to ensure that projects are progressing smoothly and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including work completed, materials used, and any issues or concerns that arise.
- Ensure that all equipment, tools, and materials are maintained in good working condition and that all necessary supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
- Provide regular reports to management on project status, including any issues or concerns that arise.
- Raise materials order with suppliers and have them delivered to site in a time frame which suits the site

**Requirements**:

- Apprentice trained electrician - fully qualified and hold ECS gold card as a minimum or supervisory/ managers card
- In date SSSTS OR SMSTS Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical contracting, with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of electricians.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

**Salary**: £25.00 per hour
