The Role: As an Outreach Tutor at New Way Tuition Ltd, you'll be the guiding light for students with SEN seeking academic support. New Way Tuition Ltd is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Outreach Tutors. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing education and mentoring to students who do not attend mainstream education due to reasons such as SEN, SEMH, or risk of permanent exclusion. This is a deeply rewarding role with abundant job satisfaction, involving one-to-one and group sessions in subjects including basic Maths, English, PSHE, interventions, and mentoring, conducted at pupils' homes, local libraries, and schools. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Literacy and Maths, alongside experience working with children, including those with SEND. A current Enhanced DBS is essential.
Providing personalised tutoring sessions to students with a range of SEN, from complex needs to more minor learning difficulties.

🔍 Adapting teaching methods to suit the unique learning styles and needs of each student, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
💡 Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with diverse age groups and SEN students. (QTS (QTLS), PGCE, or Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Maths, or a related field. (Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
