Role: Snr IT Cost and Contracts Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
***A pivotal role within the Technology Cost & Contract Management team of a Tier 1 Global Banking organisation - with responsibility for managing, and continuously improving, the Cost Management processes across a £2.5bn IT spend.
Manage and continuously improve the Cost Management processes across a £2.Optimize IT's utilization of third-party hardware, software, resources, and associated IT services to maximize value and cost savings.
Develop and deliver impactful management information, supporting the creation of MI against contract database and third-party spend for monthly/quarterly business review packs presented to the Global CIO community.
Forecast spend, develop KPIs, and manage month-end activities, including budgetary/financial control and reconciliation.
Strong background in Cost and Contracts Management, ideally gained in Technology/IT.
Knowledge of IT suppliers and contracts, including an understanding of IT Vendor Management policy.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent data analysis and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a digestible format to senior management.
