Are you a Deputy Home Manager looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading care home group, is seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join their beautiful care home in Norfolk. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will: Assist in managing home operations to meet or exceed goals. Oversee care staff and assume full management in the Home Manager's absence. Train and supervise staff through direct instruction and by example. Assist with resident pre-admission assessments and maintain care plans. Foster effective communication with residents' families and organisations. Package and Benefits: The Deputy Home Manager position comes with a comprehensive package: Annual salary up to £55,000.
