Make is a growing digital agency in the heart of East London. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a new Senior Account Manager to join our Marketing team.
You will be joining a passionate team, working across a client portfolio containing clients of all shapes, sizes and challenges, to deliver successful digital marketing on a retained monthly basis.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will have a marketing agency background where you shine at managing relationships and delivery, whilst consulting with your clients and driving their brand in the right direction to achieve their business goals.
You have a solid overview of paid and owned media, creative strategy, CRM and content and the know-how to brief the account management team to get the best quality and delivery to delight your clients.
Proven experience within a digital marketing agency
Holistic understanding of digital marketing (owned, earned, paid)
Comfortable offering strategic advice and consultancy to clients
The ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Campaign management and delivery
Ability to build and drive strategic account plans, based on insight.
Drive innovation on your accounts
Strong time and project management skills
Commercial mindset - ensuring efficiency, profitability, securing account growth opportunities.
Owning and nurturing client relationships up to senior level
Anticipate and solve emerging account problems or challenges
Ensure accurate reporting across your accounts, to prove the value that we bring to our clients.
Salary / Bonus
Salary of £40,000 to £45,000 depending on knowledge and experience
