Role Description:

  • Manage and oversee real estate development projects from initial feasibility and planning stages through to completion and handover.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Coordinate and liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and track project progress, performance, and financial metrics, identifying and addressing any issues or risks in a timely manner.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective solutions and value for money.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant planning regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant years of experience in real estate project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of the London real estate market, planning regulations, and building codes.
  • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Package:

  • £70K - £80K+ Benefits + Bonus
