Regulatory Solicitor / Associate – This expanding regulatory department deals with a broad range of matters from traditional HSE matters to motor crime to healthcare regulatory and environmental cases. Work pattern: hybrid working
Preferred regulatory skillset though potential for retrain
Ideally you will already have some exposure to regulatory work and be looking to build on that experience. Liaise with Court and the Coroner's Office as well as CQC, Police and Health and Safety Executive as well as any other relevant regulator;
Review of medical records, post mortem reports and other relevant evidence including CCTV footage;
Investigative research into insured such as analysing corporate structure, their procedures, risk assessment process and any other relevant information;
General legal research.

The nature of the work can involve everything from inquests and criminal hearings to advising clients on compliance and regulatory strategy. Whilst this role is aimed at candidates who are more towards the start of their regulatory career, the aim is to develop you as soon as possible.
