Test Manager (m/f/d) Automotive

managing the validation and quality assurance of the main Platform projects (i.e. planning, scheduling, resource allocation, completion on time etc.)
planning the activities and setting up test environment for a new projects
communication with customer(s) regarding project status
taking responsibility for all relevant project milestone achievement and product quality"

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer electronics or relative experience
~5 years’ experience as a Test Manager in the automotive industry
~ Strong experience in testing with tracking and reporting in a complex
~ Experience in test management, requirement analysis and test-case design
~ Experience in test preparation (e.g. harness preparation / ECU installation in test environment, flashing of ECUs)
~ Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment
~ Very good English language skills
