Test Manager (m/f/d) Automotive


Your Tasks:

  • managing the validation and quality assurance of the main Platform projects (i.e. planning, scheduling, resource allocation, completion on time etc.)
  • managing validation activities (incl. external) by quantifying the output
  • planning the activities and setting up test environment for a new projects
  • creation and execution of a suitable test plan (test specifications, test cases, process & documentation)
  • coordination of dedicated internal & external test resources (incl. contracting of externals)
  • communication with customer(s) regarding project status
  • taking responsibility for all relevant project milestone achievement and product quality"


Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer electronics or relative experience
  • 5 years’ experience as a Test Manager in the automotive industry
  • Strong experience in testing with tracking and reporting in a complex
  • Experience in test management, requirement analysis and test-case design
  • Experience in test preparation (e.g. harness preparation / ECU installation in test environment, flashing of ECUs)
  • Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment
  • Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
  • Very good English language skills
