Pertemps are delighted to be working exclusively with a fantastic growing organisation in Ayrshire who are looking to add Helpdesk Advisors to their team. These roles will be essential in the daily operations of the engineers, managing their diaries and coordinating their routes and workloads. I am looking to speak to ambitious and people orientated individuals who are looking to really learn and develop within an established team. This is a very fast-paced role, so it would be well suited to an individual who truly thrives managing a busy workload.
Role Responsibilities:
Managing engineers diaries, ensuring their time is managed efficiently and effectively. Prioritising essential jobs and maintenance to ensure client satisfaction. Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients and engineers out on site. Updating and manging spreadsheets. Managing own workload and ensuring any challenges are faced. Planning job routes so engineers are aware of their daily schedule. Updating engineers diaries, sometimes having to rebook them where applicable. Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service based role (ideally in scheduling but not essential) Ability to use the Microsoft packages, mainly excel and word. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Keen learner and people orientated individual. This is a really exciting opportunity based in Ayrshire for those looking to build a strong career.
