  • Manage a team to lead the import of UCAN, LATAM and APAC title campaigns, demonstrating strategic pan-EMEA campaign leadership on EMEA needs & nuances from upstream input, right through to operational campaign execution.
  • Develop strong strategic partnership with EMEA Marketing leaders, confidently representing the full EMEA import & licensed title slate - driving forward new workflows and identifying areas for innovation.
  • Determine new ways of working for Studio Relations in the region - nurturing internal (Content) and external (Studio partner - i.e. BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sony) stakeholder relationships, building strategy & workflows for the years ahead.

REGIONAL MARKETING HUB

  • Strong EMEA IQ/EQ, ability to distill the complexities of the region ex-EMEA.
  • Holistic purview on EMEA market strategies, nuances and ambitions.
  • Full knowledge of the global content slate & business initiatives - connecting the dots between the content slate and the business, with ability to foresee future needs.
  • Strong understanding of all import title & licensed title campaign execution in region, which can be consolidated & communicated to regional partners & EMEA leaders.

OPERATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE

  • Through long-lead planning and analysis, develop workflows to proactively identify titles for EMEA import and socialise title-specific detail to best equip teams for decision-making and budget allocation.
  • Develop new infrastructure for Marketing Studio Relations in region - enabling EMEA partners to have greater visibility, connectivity and insights regarding the licensed slate, marketing opportunities and insights.
  • Inspire and ensure operational excellence across all import and licensed campaigns.
  • Seek innovation opportunities by identifying new workflows and tooling solutions to bring operational optimisations and efficiencies.
  • Lead, distill and socialise import campaign performance and learnings.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Lead a small team of seasoned, geographically-dispersed marketeers - inspiring and elevating individuals, and identifying new areas for team and personal development.
  • Drive Import & Studio Relations team strategy, laddering up to the overall vision of the EMEA Planning & Operations group.
  • Support EMEA Marketing Studio Relations specialist with issue escalation and crisis management, where relevant.
  • Drive ongoing innovation & efficiencies within day-to-day team ways of working, R&Rs and partner team connectivity.
