This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled Account Manager to join the Olivia’s team at a time of rapid growth. As the business scales, we are looking for new doers, collaborators and innovators to help move our business forward

What will you be doing?

Client Dynamo

  • Be the go-to person for clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
  • Make buying a breeze by offering end-to-end support, from design ideas to after-sales care

Negotiation Maestro

  • Spice things up by negotiating sales terms and product pricing with both clients and suppliers.
  • Juggle to maximise profitability and hit those monthly targets with flair.

Business Explorer

  • Dance between nurturing existing clients and sizzling new business opportunities.
  • Craft design magic with documents, wish lists, and mood boards that leave a lasting impression.

Tech Guru

  • Keep the sales forecast and CRM system in sync, ensuring the rhythm of success never misses a beat.

Team Player

  • Join forces with the trade sales team to scale the business, using marketing and lead generation as your secret weapons.

Promo Prodigy

  • Unleash your creativity by supporting marketing efforts and creating promotional material.

What will you bring to the party?

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Account Manager, or relevant role essential
  • Furniture/homeware industry experience is essential
  • Commercial awareness and negotiation skills essential
  • Excellent organisation skills & attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design with interior design
  • Excellent portfolio of previous work
