As Event Project Manager - Life Science , you'll take charge of a diverse portfolio of events, leading them from concept to execution. You'll work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure every aspect of the project is aligned with our high standards of quality and excellence.

Project Coordination : Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, including congresses, conferences, and other large-scale gatherings.
Team Management: Define roles and responsibilities, manage timelines, and lead project-specific meetings with clarity and precision.
Onsite Leadership : Be the go-to person during events, leading briefings, troubleshooting, and ensuring all workstreams are on track.
Manage complex budgets, track financial changes, and oversee payment schedules to ensure projects stay within scope.
Process Compliance : Ensure adherence to client SLAs, privacy policies, and operational protocols.
A background in event project management, preferably with experience in pharma or congress management.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel globally to support events.
Proficiency in managing budgets and tracking project financials.
