Job specification:

Manage a small team of engineers in the design / development and validation of Safety Belt Application Engineering activities.
Establishing customer requirements
Defining specifications for product manufacture
Defining and planning testing and sign off prior to production.
Person specification:

Engineer with automotive experience (ideally seatbelts)
Experience managing a small team, delivering engineering solutions
Experience of 2D Autocad, 3D Solidworks, APQP, FMEA’s, Engineering Change Control, PPAP and IMDS, IATF16949 would be desirable.
Professional Engineering Qualifications
Good knowledge and experience of engineering manufacturing processes /techniques, especially, stamping and injection moulding.
Good knowledge and experience of Quality Management System requirements.

Monday - Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm & Fridays 8am to 1pm.
