* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, surveyors, and contractors, acting as a trusted advisor in their projects.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategically targeting key accounts to drive sales growth.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance on our building envelope products, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Requirements:
* Proven experience in construction sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
* Technical knowledge of roofing or cladding products is highly desirable, enabling you to engage with clients confidently.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Full driving license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
