We are excited to announce the opportunity for a Senior Service Support Officer within our countywide Business Support Team. You will work alongside 4 other Business Support Team members. You will support our internal services, Childrens Homes, Family Time, Multis-Sensory Impairment service & Staying Close with a flexible and hybrid working approach. In this role, you will play a key part in the collation and creation of new data sets, and supporting staff with internal systems. You will link with the managers of the services regularly ensuring a high level of collaborative working is maintained. Your proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint will be essential. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, communicates effectively, and can meet tight deadlines. You will need to work well both independently and as part of a team. This role would be well suited to someone who looks for variety and challenge in their day to day working and can take the initiative to find creative solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role within our team, ensuring efficient, effective and specialist support to the service in all organisational areas.
