EXPERIENCED SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WITH EXPERTISE IN TOTAL WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES OR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT FOR THE WASTE MANAGEMENT & RECYCLING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: Business Development Manager – Total Waste Management Sales Executive SALARY: £50,000 plus commission, Car Allowance LOCATION: Essex, Hertfordshire and London POSSIBLE ROLES: TWM Business Development Executive, Facilities Management Sales Executive, Industrial Services Sales Manager, Hazardous Waste Management Technical Sales Manager, Total Waste Management Business Development Manager, Facilities Management Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive ROLE: Business Development Manager – Total Waste Management Sales Executive As a seasoned professional, your primary objective is to effectively execute comprehensive waste management service contracts, ensuring profitability. This involves delivering end-to-end waste collection services, potentially encompassing on-site operations and the provision of capital equipment to various industries and manufacturing sectors. Your duties will involve initiating cold calls, generating leads, and diligently pursuing inquiries, actively engaging in tendering processes to maintain a robust sales pipeline. Furthermore, you may be tasked with delivering impactful presentations, providing consultations, and delivering solution-driven pitches. While these efforts may entail longer lead times, they contribute significantly to forging stronger and more customized client relationships. EXPERIENCE: Business Development Manager – Total Waste Management Sales Executive Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in delivering contract revenues exceeding £500k or more in a comparable new business capacity, selling Waste Management, Industrial Services, or Facilities Management solutions
- Profound understanding of the operational facets of waste management businesses, coupled with credibility in front of corporate/large business management teams and their sustainability functions
