Job Description Blackfield Associates are partnered with a Pharmaceutical Distribution organisation based in North Hampshire in the search for a Responsible Person.
As the Responsible person, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the business by developing and deploying quality and compliance strategy to support business strategy and objectives and fulfilling all regulatory requirements.
Ensure that the company complies with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines. This includes maintaining the quality management system, conducting internal audits, and ensuring that products meet the necessary standards before release.
~ Carry out the responsibilities of a UK Responsible Person as defined in Good Distribution Practice Guidelines contained in Rules and Guidance for Pharmaceutical Distributors 2022.
~ Provide training and guidance to staff on Good Distribution Practices (GDP), regulatory requirements, and company policies. Supervise activities related to production, quality control, and distribution to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
~ Monitor both the output and performance of the system and communicate this to senior management via the Quality Management Review.
The correct candidate for this opportunity will have extensive GDP knowledge including working closely with a quality management system within the pharmaceutical distribution setting.
