Oracle Cloud Payroll Support Consultant (UK, UK-based)

Along-with plenty of scope for Career advancement, we are also considered good payers (see below for Package content); As the Oracle Cloud Payroll Support Consultant, you will be responsible for the delivery of incidents, problem resolution and change activities at one main Customer however from time-to-time you may be required to carry-out work across multiple Managed Services Customers for Symatrix.

Reporting into the Application Support Manager the role will be part of a Delivery Team working collaboratively across Symatrix and with the Customer, to deliver fantastic products and services.

Managing the Oracle Payroll Support for the Customer, including request fulfilment, Incident Management, Problem Management and Change
On a rota basis be available on-call for major incidents over some weekends and Bank Holidays. This is paid overtime and would be in addition to your basic salary.
Supporting the Design of the technological solution for the Customer and ensure that good-practice / best-practice approaches, tools and templates are used and manage the Team to deliver high quality solutions and services.
Overseeing Oracle SRs ensuring they are managed and chased appropriately with Oracle
Supporting the Customer through Testing activities
Stay up-to-date with the Oracle payroll roadmap, new functionality and releases
PERSON SPECIFICATION - KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / QUALITIES:

The location of this position will be Home/Hybrid with travel required as per Customer / Project needs.

Excellent knowledge of a wide range of modules in the Oracle HCM suite but very particularly Payroll


~ ELIGIBILITY FOR UK Government Security Clearance at SC Level (please confirm & state how you meet this eligibility when making your application)


Passionate about the Customer experience
Excellent customer/relationship management skills

Knowledge and experience of Oracle Cloud Time & Labour (OTL)
A background in HR or Payroll
Experience of ITIL fundamentals: Project Management experience
