As an integral member of the team, the Account Executive will play a pivotal role in the company's growth trajectory and the transformation of the restaurant landscape. Sales Drive and Achievement: Drive B2B sales initiatives and consistently achieve target KPIs. Full Sales Cycle Management: Expertly manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to successful deal closure. Pipeline Development: Cultivate and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic networking. Product Expertise: Conduct effective product demonstrations to showcase the company's solutions. Customer Advocacy: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and advocating for customer needs while providing valuable feedback. Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate is a professional with a passion for sales and a keen interest in the hospitality industry. Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales is required, preferably within the POS, technology, or hospitality industry. Sales History: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Specific Skills: Experience in door-to-door sales is necessary. Sales Acumen: Strong proficiency in various sales methodologies and CRM tools. Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. Work Style: Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively. Technical Interest: Must be tech-savvy with a keen interest in industry trends. Language: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Service Focus: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
