This hybrid role is based in Brighton & Hove. Applicants will need to be able to meet with staff where required, and to attend the Brighton office for team meetings, training sessions and other requirements as they arise. There is a mandatory office attendance requirement with a minimum of 1 day a week. Other roles will include updating and researching our Case Management System, providing management information and ad hoc support as needed. You will have strong customer service ethics, be competent in the use of IT skills and know how to use a range of software packages on a PC. Training will be provided in the use of our Case Management System.
