About you:

You are a passionate content professional who cares about creating impactful and engaging eLearning. You are highly commercial and can quantify the value of development. You are an experienced leader, who is able to lead multiple content teams to create high quality resources on time and on budget. You understand the learning market and have good knowledge of the competitor landscape. You are a great project manager who makes data-driven decisions.

Day-to-day, you will:

  1. Set eLearning content roadmaps using internal and external data
  2. Speak to customers to determine pain points and how our eLearning solutions can help
  3. Complete competitor analysis and determine gaps in content
  4. Project manage strategic and operational content initiatives
  5. Analyze content KPIs and drive production efficiencies
  6. Line manage multiple squads of learning content creators, ensuring teams deliver their commitments
  7. Allocate resources and ensure content is delivered on time, on budget and to a high quality
  8. Identify blockers to roadmap delivery and formulate solutions to bring projects back on track
  9. Ensure quality framework and best practice for content is set and adhered to
  10. Present updates to senior stakeholders on progress and issues
  11. Resolve complex technical and delivery issues

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  1. Experienced line manager
  2. Product management and ability to analyze commercial data to make roadmap decisions
  3. Extensive experience designing and developing eLearning solutions
  4. Project management experience with the ability to get complex projects across the line
  5. Troubleshooting complex technical and delivery issues
  6. Taking a high level of ownership and unblocking issues for the team
  7. Gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
  8. Proven experience creating robust quality assurance frameworks
  9. Active interest in digital learning and technical trends
  10. Possessing senior stakeholder management skills
  11. Promoting a positive working environment
