We're passionate about helping our customers stay one step ahead of the challenges facing their industry and business, currently helping over 60,000 customers to have the freedom to do more.The Public Sector Senior Marketing Manager will develop and own the strategic marketing plan for PaySuite’s public sector business working with sales, product and other marketing teams to deliver against pipeline, order and revenue targets.The role will drive the development and execution of key marketing programmes that will grow incremental revenue for the business both within our existing customer base and new business. You will craft compelling messaging and content for our Public Sector growth segments and develop strong propositions.Day-to-day, you will:• Strategic go to market planning – work with the Marketing, Product Management team and Sales colleagues to define the market opportunity and design the optimum go to market approach for each Public Sector segment.• Support the development of Public Sector cross product propositions, positioning and messaging for target personas which create competitive advantage in their market.• Act as the trusted, go-to-person for Public Sector marketing.• Leverage your sector knowledge and expertise to create sector specific tailored content to build our credibility and showcase expertise. Work with Marketing colleagues to execute multi-channel campaigns including events.• Develop programmes to engage our Public Sector customer base to drive customer satisfaction, cross sell and advocacy including customer forums, nurture and networking programmes.• Work with partners, sharing marketing plans, leveraging appropriate content and running joint campaigns towards agreed objectives.• Prepare detailed campaign and data plans and reports, presenting them with confidence and clarity.• Performance management and analytics: Continually track, measure, analyse and report on effectiveness of marketing programmes and impact on pipeline, orders and revenue for multiple stakeholders, making recommendations for future programs and investments, reporting on results vs targets; Proven B2B Marketing experience preferably in the public sector, payments, merchant acquiring, card processing.• Experience of or demonstrable understanding of creating compelling Marketing propositions and translating these into engaging Sales enablement programmes.• Comfortable managing multiple tactical projects with tight deadlines and supporting big strategic projects with challenging or short deadlines.• Demonstrated experience of implementing successful marketing programmes and lead generation campaigns using a wide variety of media and mediums.• Adaptable and flexible and thrive in an agile and dynamic environment with strong project management skills.• Demonstrable ability to balance high quality thinking, resolving issues and blockages while at the same time delivering and executing.We are a growing software company, and we deliver on what we say we do We take the development of our people very seriously and we will work with you to carve out your success plan and an opportunity to accelerate your career and make a real difference.On top of a competitive salary, our standard 25 days holiday (which goes up the longer you’re with us), and a matched pension scheme you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you.
